Requirements

2 or more years of experience as a server in a high-volume establishment
Strong knowledge of spirits, with a passion for mixology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire)

Responsibilities

Taking and delivering drink orders accurately and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Greeting and interacting with guests
Recommending drinks or menu items based on preferences
Handling cash and credit card transactions
Monitoring alcohol consumption to comply with legal regulations
Assisting with bar preparation
Restocking supplies
Opening or closing tasks
