Requirements

Applicant must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license
Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification
Familiarity and product knowledge of beverages, wines, and garnishes
Must be able to handle a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Make routine rounds of assigned section on casino floor to obtain beverage orders
Deliver beverage orders and provide amenities to guests such as matches, beverage napkins, and ashtrays
Maintain assigned section by collecting used glassware, ashtrays, and trash
Provide exceptional guest service
Attempt to limit problems related to guests’ excessive drinking by providing responsible alcohol service
