About The Position

This role involves exemplifying MCR's values through excellent guest service and professionalism. The Cocktail Server will practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort, while promoting positive guest relations. Responsibilities include serving beverages and food, stocking supplies, cleaning stations and gaming areas, and assisting the bartender as needed. The position also requires creating and maintaining a positive work environment and promoting positive team member relations.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• A minimum of 6 (six) months’ experience in serving beverages required.
• Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class 13 Alcohol Service Permit.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.
