Serve guests in a hospitable manner to ensure a positive guest experience. This role involves hospitably greeting, preparing, and serving drinks to guests according to HEI Hotels and Resorts beverage service standards. The position requires adherence to all State, Federal, and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages. Responsibilities include preparing the station for readiness before opening and closing each shift, following all cash handling and bank operating procedures, and performing all side work duties according to schedules. The role also requires compliance with attendance rules and availability to work on a regular basis, as well as performing any other job-related duties as assigned.
