As a Cocktail Server, you will bring energy, warmth, and precision to the floor—delivering handcrafted cocktails and elevated service in a sophisticated setting. By anticipating needs and adding personal touches, you’ll help transform ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.

Requirements

• Meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years old
• Brings a highly motivated, energetic, and guest-focused personality
• Possesses strong knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes
• Delivers outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism
• Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them with speed and care
• Garnish and serve cocktails with consistency and attention to presentation
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections
• Share knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guide guest inquiries
• Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, preparing stations, and ensuring cleanliness of service areas
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, or escalate to leadership when necessary
• Communicate with team members and leadership to ensure seamless service throughout the shift
