Successful cocktail server/runner candidates will have previous hospitality experience, and a proven record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment. Our hospitality professionals are the best in the business. We are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen. Requirements
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (4-8 hours)
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
- Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform/footwear.
- Clear and accurate communication.
- Command of the English language.
- Basic computer skills.
- Action-orientated towards guest requests.

- Previous Hospitality Experience & Experience with similar concepts is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with bartender and cocktail server.
- Deliver cocktails and exceptional service to guest(s).
- Displays Southern Hospitality.
- Be the positive and uplifting first and last impression for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of front entry way and bar area.
- Assist in table maintenance when able.
- Stay current with all upcoming promotional events.
- Always friendly and courteous.
- Communicates all guest requests/special occasions to server and or Leader on Duty.
- Always maintain clean and professional appearance.
- Work with “Teamwork” always in mind.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.
