Requirements
- 2 years of work experience.
- Master proficiency in IBM MainFrame COBOL is required.
- Advanced proficiency in DBeaver, Broadcom CA Endevor SCM, and Restructured Extended Executor (REXX) is suggested.
Responsibilities
- Developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
- Using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Applying deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust software components that meet project requirements.
- Supporting and guiding colleagues by sharing expertise and contributing to problem-solving discussions.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of software solutions.
- Analyzing complex challenges and proposing innovative approaches to improve system performance and reliability.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance development processes and quality standards.
