About The Position

We’re looking for a Chemical Process Operator to support the processing and repair of critical aerospace components used throughout the aviation industry. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will operate specialized production equipment, prepare and process materials, perform quality inspections, and help ensure products meet strict quality, safety, and customer requirements. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.
  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
  • Experience working with aerospace, metal processing, coatings, heat treat, brazing, or similar manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking stations, and brazing equipment.
  • Prepare, mix, and process materials according to work instructions and process specifications.
  • Load and unload parts and materials throughout the production process.
  • Monitor production processes and inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support teams to ensure efficient workflow and production output.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with additional production activities as needed.
