About The Position
Entry Specialist within the Manufacturing Production Painting/Coating job family. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass Chemical Hygiene Training.
- Analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret production sheets.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment both electrically and mechanically.
- Capable of overcoming obstacles and completing assignments in a timely manner.
- Team-oriented approach with a desire to work in a hands-on capacity.
- Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.
- Positive can-do attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Strong working knowledge of industrial controls and instrumentation preferred.
