About The Position

Coating Operator III is responsible for safely operating the coating equipment and to ensure Coating Operation is completed in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of coating processes within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Read, write, and communicate in English - Advanced
• High school level math and mechanical skills - Advanced
• Ability to work as part of a team - Advanced
• Attention to detail and accuracy - Advanced
• Excellent Coating Equipment and Process knowledge
• Successful completion of an OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate coating equipment in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure 100% cGMP & compliance in all coating operations.
• Perform "A" clean spray nozzle by dismantling, thorough cleaning to remove residual impurities and re-assembling (before changeover of different product or different color).
• Calibrate spray pump before starting new batch.
• Check calibration status of all machines and equipment.
• Perform proper data entry in all coating use log books.
• Complete batch records 100% accurately, online, and provide to the next department/Q.A. audit on time.
• Inform engineering on Dust Collector clean up to maintain required exhaust air pressure.
• Identify status by labeling material and room during the process.
• Check batch before start and entry in the coating room.
• Check coating nozzles, piping, air pressure, and temperature recorder in/out before starting the batch.
• Ensure compressed air filter located on the machine does not have any water.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
