About The Position
JENNMAR Services is currently seeking full-time Underground Coal Miners for the Cameron and Dallas, WV areas. These positions offer competitive salary and benefits, including a sign-on and retention bonus for qualified candidates. JENNMAR Services also provides paid classes for individuals without certifications to get certified to work.
Requirements
- Underground WV Experienced Miner or Apprentice Miner Certification in state of WV Required.
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays required.
- Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required.
Responsibilities
- General labor
- Roller and screen changes
- Belt work
- Steel sets
- Overcasts
- Jacks
- Seal preparation
- Pumpable cribs
- Scoop operating
- Bolting
- Other laborer duties as required
