About The Position

Braven is a national nonprofit that prepares promising college students to secure a strong first opportunity after college graduation through a career-accelerating program. We work with higher education and employer partners to offer a life-changing experience that begins with a semester-long course for college students followed by support that lasts through graduation. Braven is hiring a part-time Coaching Specialist who will be a critical part of the Accelerator's success, directly influencing the professional growth of our volunteer Leadership Coaches (LCs) and, by extension, the Fellows they mentor. Through a blend of targeted feedback, one-on-one coaching, and expert guidance, you will be instrumental in helping LCs master their craft and become effective leaders. You will measure your success by the positive impact your LCs have on their cohorts and their development as skilled facilitators. Your expert mentorship and guidance will be the driving force behind this growth, empowering LCs to excel in their roles and lead with confidence. This role is on the Central Delivery of the Accelerator (CDA) Team and reports directly to the Associate Director of Academic Success.
