About The Position

The Marlborough Public Schools currently has the following coaching positions for the Fall 2026 season. The coaching positions oversee the management, coaching, and development of the team. This includes instituting practice plans and game management. Coaches will also assist with the hiring process of varsity assistants and sub-varsity staffs (when applicable). Coaches will perform other specific duties as directed by the Director of Athletics. Stipends are contingent upon the sport season happening in the 2025-26 School Year. If a sport is cancelled in full, there will be no stipend paid. If a sport is cancelled in part, a stipend may be pro-rated depending on the length of time of the cancellation.

• Game and Rule knowledge.
• Previous coaching and/or playing experience (minimum high school level)
• Offers are subject to passing all State and Federal background check requirements and the submission of a completed Workplace Accomodation Information form.
