The Coach, Virtual Business Sales, supports a team of up to 11 (Business Account Executives, Virtual Business) and is responsible for both retaining and growing existing accounts and cold calling to acquire new business across assigned territories in the SMB small and medium segments. This role involves collaborating with employees and management to address challenges and deliver daily operational support. In this role you will oversee the team's daily sales operations, including activity management, call coaching, objection handling, and KPI performance tracking. You will also be responsible to conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting sessions to ensure team alignment with revenue targets. Success is measured by the team's achievement of sales targets, effective coaching and continuous performance improvement. The ideal candidate for this position will drive a motivated and collaborative team culture focused on development, accountability, and continuous improvement.
