About The Position

KidStrong Lake Worth is seeking enthusiastic and experienced coaches with a background in athletics, coaching, or pediatric development. KidStrong is a private child development training center designed to build stronger kids by focusing on brain development, physical growth, and character strength. We use a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and led by professional coaches, working with children from walking age to 11 years old. This is not a typical coaching job; coaches will run, jump, crawl, cheer, high-five, and inspire kids every day, making a real impact in young lives as part of a dynamic, fun, and supportive team. Part-time positions are available with the opportunity for growth to full-time.

Requirements

• Background in athletics, coaching, or pediatric development
• Passion for youth development and movement
• Enthusiasm and experience
• Ability to help kids move, learn, and grow
• Energy, passion, and drive to help kids become their strongest selves
