As an Inside Sales Coach in the T-Mobile for Business Channel, you will play an important role as your Teams first line supervisor. You will collaborate with your direct employees, other Coaches and Manager/Director to address concerns, issues, and challenges. You will work side-by-side with your employees, providing advice and support for their daily job activities. Your creation and monitoring of overall sales plans for your geographic area will enable your sales team to drive success against sales goals through the teams of Inside Sales Representatives. For your employees, you will provide tailored feedback, celebrate achievements, and successes and map out ways to expand and reinforce success.
