About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a Coach Coordinator for a fun, impactful job where no two days are ever the same. This role involves teaching toddlers and preschoolers soccer, utilizing expert-created curriculum and ECE teaching techniques, and fostering character development. Additionally, the position requires remote administrative duties such as communicating with families, hiring and onboarding new instructors, fostering team culture, problem-solving, planning for growth, evaluating and supporting instructors, and facilitating training events. The company emphasizes a positive and engaging environment, measuring success by the smiling faces of children.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity teaching children ages 2 to 8 weekly
  • Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and ECE teaching techniques in every session
  • Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
  • Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, teachers, and instructors
  • Hire, onboard, and train the next generation of Soccer Shots instructors to bring SMILES for every child
  • Foster team culture
  • Meet weekly to problem-solve and plan for growth
  • Evaluate and support instructors with weekly checkins and quarterly performance reviews
  • Facilitate pre-season training events and post-season celebrations
