About The Position

As a member of our teaching team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all students. You will collaborate with the Head Teacher on curriculum, lesson planning, and parent communication. This role involves working closely with students to foster individual success plans and maintain accurate records. You will also learn to effectively demonstrate Montessori materials and philosophy, and collaborate with teaching staff on school events and curriculum preparation. Participation in staff development, educational trainings, and mentorship programs is also expected.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in early childhood education or AA in a similar field with required credits or CDA
Ability to communicate with parents effectively and professionally
Experience with Lesson planning and development
Ability to multitask and function in an ever-changing environment

Nice To Haves

Montessori Experience (preferred)
NAMC (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first year of employment)
