CO-PACK SPECIALIST
About The Position

As a Co-Pack Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our team by helping ensure products are prepared accurately, safely, and on time. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety in all tasks.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of experience working on an assembly line, a warehouse environment, packing, or material handling.
- Electric pallet jack certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Operate co-packing production lines and ensure accurate sell-by date coding.
- Pack products on an assembly line into cartons, trays, and pallets.
- Receive, store, and replenish raw materials and finished goods.
- Pick and stage customer orders for shipment.
- Provide backup assistance to the repack department as needed.
- Apply strong mathematical skills for effective inventory management and order processing.
