The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) is seeking multiple Co-op Students to support the commissioning and operational readiness of its new Rare Earth Processing Facility. This facility is North America's first fully integrated, commercial demonstration Rare Earth Processing Facility, encompassing hydrometallurgy, separation, and metal smelting stages. The facility is currently producing rare earth metals at a commercial scale and is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2026. SRC aims to establish a rare earth element (REE) technology hub in Saskatchewan and is committed to becoming representative of Indigenous people across all job categories by providing meaningful work experience to students. The available positions are term positions running from September 2026 to December 2026 and are located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
