About The Position

Spectrum Resource Group (SRG), a business unit of Wright Canada Holdings, is an integrated vegetation management (IVM) solutions provider with expertise in vegetation management, forest management, and reforestation. Requirements

Career interest in the assigned department(s), or in the environmental services or vegetation management industries.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products utilizing the latest operating system.
Demonstrate excellent customer service focusing on rapport-building, listening, questioning and patience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast paced, and ever-changing environment.
Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors.
Self-motivated and the ability to work well individually and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a current Driver’s Abstract would be considered an asset.
Must currently possess, or be willing to obtain, Intermediate or Advanced First Aid certification, or equivalent, is considered an asset.
Ability to work with a team of cross-functional experts in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Provide support to assigned department(s) on various projects.
Collaborate with other teams to complete tasks and develop solutions.
Gain exposure to various environmental services and vegetation management roles in a professional setting.
Participate in process improvement and automation projects as needed.
Learn the technology of the assigned department(s).
Network with various teams within the company.
Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership.
Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
Other duties as required.
