About The Position

Vanguard is seeking motivated and passionate co-op students for 6-month opportunities starting in September and running through March. These roles offer hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working alongside talented engineers on impactful projects. The openings are for Application Engineer, Mobile Engineer, and Data Engineer. Vanguard is a digital-first company that invests significantly in technology to enable its business goals and is experiencing growth, increasing the need for talented software, mobile, and data engineers.

Requirements

• Must be able to start in September and end in mid-late March. No exceptions.
• Must be able to work hybrid model (Monday and Friday option to work from home, Tuesday - Thursday onsite)
• Pursuing a degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience
• 0–3 years of developer experience
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good analysis and problem-solving skills
