About The Position

This is a full-time, onsite co-op position for Spring 2027 in manufacturing. The role involves various aspects of quality assurance, process improvement, and assembly line support within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Qualifications including Installation, Operational, and Process/Performance (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Gage Reliability and Reproducibility Studies (GR&Rs)
• Equipment Design and Sourcing
• Process Design, Improvement, and Flow
• Time Studies and Efficiency Studies
• Creating Work Instructions and Process Specifications
• Building devices and troubleshooting the assembly line
• Operator Training and Compliance
