About The Position

Regeneron is currently seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops in Laboratory Automation & Robotics Engineering to join its Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development (PMPD) team. This team supports the automation infrastructure that keeps its labs running efficiently. These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position)
Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from January-August, May/June-December, or August-December

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community preferred
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of liquid-handling robotics used across Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development (PMPD) labs
Build and test 3-D printed lab tooling and fixtures
Contribute to automation projects spanning upstream, downstream, and analytics teams
Write and test basic programming scripts to support automation workflows
Provide hands-on lab support alongside automation development work
Troubleshoot equipment and workflow issues as they arise
Collaborate with engineers and scientists across multiple teams
Document automation processes and improvements
