About The Position

ARG is the longest continuously operating refinery in North America dating back to 1881. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in high school
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate skill level using Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Administrative experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with purchasing, marketing and HR teams and other administrative teams as needed.
  • Firsthand experience analyzing supplier and spend data, communicating with suppliers, and support of various projects like writing new processes.
  • Assist in marketing, advertising, and promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web)
  • Manage and update company databases.
  • Help organize events.
  • Operate basic office equipment (copier, scanner, shredder, etc.) and assist in converting paper files to scanned documents.
