About The Position

This is a full-time, onsite co-op position for Spring 2027 focused on Human Factors. The role involves various aspects of study design, data collection and analysis, risk assessment, and collaboration with pharmaceutical partners. The position requires the individual to be physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management.

Requirements

• Pursing a Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related Engineering degree
• Ability to participate as a team member
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to follow defined procedures
• Ability to collaborate and maintain cooperative work relationships with others
• Ability to adapt to change and handle unexpected situations with close guidance
• Ability to stay focused on tasks, organize, compare, interpret basic data, and assess problems with guidance

Responsibilities

• Study design and development, including protocol and report writing
• Observation and data collection of human subject research
• Data review and analysis of human subject test data
• Use risk analysis and mitigation design
• Instructions for use and labeling design and assessment
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners and joint project teams
