About The Position
The Co-op General role supports the Capital Planning team by assisting with core capital project activities related to the annual capital budget and the regulatory capital requirements. The role provides hands-on exposure to capital processes, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to project governance and capital program.
Requirements
- Currently working toward a Business degree.
- Completion of the first two years of the degree program.
- Enrolled in a co‑op program.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated decision-making capability.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
- Assist with final costing of capital projects.
- Assist with maintaining project financial governance.
- Assist with the preparation of documents for NSEB filings.
- Assist with the preparation of the 2027 Annual Capital Expenditure Plan.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation.
- Perform analytical support for ad-hoc inquiries from capital analysts and capital leads.
