About The Position

Hobby Lobby is looking for experienced retail store managers that foster teamwork in a fast-paced creative environment. The company offers excellent health benefits and other perks, including internal promotions for all Operational Leaders, stores being open to customers 66 hours per week and closed on Sundays, and access to the Hobby Lobby Chaplain Services Department. The starting salary range for this position is $72,800 to $78,000 plus an annual bonus. Successful Co-Managers are expected to be Positive Role Models, Mentors/Coaches/Teachers, Hands-on Leaders, Decisive/Dependable/Detailed, Owners of the business who take Initiative, Able to Deliver Daily Results/Execute Corporate Directives, Team Players within their Store, District and Region, and Exceptional at delivering Great Customer Service.
