About The Position
Villa Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic and experienced Starbucks Co-Manager to join our team at MCO Airport! We’re seeking a hands-on leader who can support daily operations, develop and motivate the team, maintain Starbucks brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced airport environment.
Requirements
- Restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, labor, and cost controls
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to obtain an airport security badge
Nice To Haves
- Starbucks leadership experience preferred
