About The Position

Hobby Lobby is seeking experienced retail store managers who can foster teamwork in a fast-paced creative environment. The company promotes all Operational Leaders from within and stores are open to customers 66 hours per week, closed on Sundays. Employees also have access to the Hobby Lobby Chaplain Services Department. Successful Co-Managers are expected to be positive role models, mentors, coaches, and teachers. They should be hands-on leaders, decisive, dependable, and detailed, taking initiative as owners of the business. They must be able to deliver daily results, execute corporate directives, and be team players within their store, district, and region, while providing exceptional customer service.
