About The Position

Erias Ventures is seeking engineers with an entrepreneurial mindset to serve customers with creative problem-solving, open communication, and empowerment. This role involves preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documents for CNO tools and capabilities. The engineer will lead a team to design, develop, and test application software for Windows, Unix, or other specified platforms, build GUIs for custom applications, and respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience in the field may be substituted for a total of 12 years to include eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in either hardware or software reverse engineering.
  • Eight (8) years of relevant experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering).
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline reduces the requirement to six (6) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
  • Experience administering and using hardware and software reverse engineering tools
  • Experience programming using CNO tools and techniques
  • Experience using software version control tools (e.g., Subversion and CVS)
  • Experience creating and briefing technical presentations

Responsibilities

  • Preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation of CNO tools and capabilities.
  • Lead a team to design, develop, and test application software to fulfill unique requirements on Windows, Unix, or other specified platforms.
  • Build applications using a specified programming language per the Government.
  • Build graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for custom applications.
  • Respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment.
