About The Position

MANTECH seeks a skilled, mission-focused CNO Developer in Hanover, Maryland. The role contributes to the development of mission-critical offensive cyber capabilities and advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO) solutions that support national security systems. The developer works on a team creating next-generation capabilities for government intelligence agencies.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree and 4 or more years of technical work experience, or a Master of Science degree and 2 or more years of technical work experience, or a high school diploma and 8 or more years of technical work experience.
Experience with Python or C/C++ programming languages.
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging.
Must hold a current, active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance and be willing and able to obtain another polygraph before starting, if required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming.
Experience developing CNO capabilities.
Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms, such as Windows, Unix, mobile, or network devices.
Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering.
Experience using Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Crucible.
Understanding of assembly language programming concepts.
Understanding of unit testing frameworks and practices.

Responsibilities

Design and develop new hardware- or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities.
Perform design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems.
Apply knowledge of network and security concepts to support capability development.
Communicate status updates and technical progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure software quality and compliance with development standards.
