About The Position

AEITS, Inc., a GTSC company, is seeking a CNO Analyst Programmer, Level 2. This is an on-site position located in Hanover, MD, and is not a hybrid or remote role. The primary mission involves programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, and UNIX applications, embedded or mobile platform development. An active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph clearance is required.

Requirements

  • Eight (8) of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering).
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university.
  • Two (2) years of relevant programming experience if a Master's degree held in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to six (6) years of relevant experience.
  • Active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.

Nice To Haves

  • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of twelve (12) years.

Responsibilities

  • Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
  • Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments.
  • Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
  • Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.
  • Provide/author and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.
  • Actively participate and direct the design and development of end-to-end data flow and tasking for tools developed.
  • Actively participate and lead/direct the development of new solutions that meet the demands of customers.
