About The Position

GTSC seeks a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Analyst Programmer, Level 0, entry-level. All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position. Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, and UNIX applications, embedded or mobile platform development. Requires an Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Must be able to program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of four (4) years.

Responsibilities

• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments.
• Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
