As a CNC Table Operator, you'll play a key role in transforming engineering drawings into high-quality fabricated components while working with cutting-edge equipment and technology. This role offers a combination of hands-on fabrication, technical problem solving, and CNC programming, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technology and manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing or fabrication.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and take ownership of your work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CNC programming and machine operation.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing programs.
  • Experience with fabrication equipment such as plasma cutting, arc welding, or related machinery.
  • Background in machining, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and work orders to develop machining and cutting programs.
  • Program and operate CNC cutting equipment to produce parts with precision and consistency.
  • Load materials, set offsets, make program adjustments, and ensure finished products meet quality specifications.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and fabrication processes, making adjustments to improve performance and accuracy.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine upkeep on CNC machines and related equipment.
  • Work closely with fabrication teams and supervisors to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
