About The Position

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair of shop-floor equipment, with machine uptime as the highest priority. The role supports production by diagnosing and repairing CNC and factory equipment, maintaining preventative maintenance plans and spare parts inventory, coordinating with vendors, and helping install new equipment. The technician also works to reduce unplanned downtime by assessing equipment and establishing countermeasures, and communicates equipment status across the organization.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in CNC.
• Expertise in Mazak and Haas maintenance and equipment repair.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems from 24VDC to 480VAC.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, professionalism, accountability, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read blueprints and execute shop math.
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• A technical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation, or a related course of study.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CNC and factory production equipment.
• Perform basic building maintenance.
• Sustain a preventative maintenance plan.
