About The Position

Pattison ID designs, builds, and maintains physical spaces and facilities for brands that want to use their physical spaces to drive value and impact for customers. Requirements

  • Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic
  • Design — Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Engineering and Technology — Be able to apply principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
  • Must be able to quality inspect, deburr, and label all parts as needed.
  • Must be able to maintain and clean machinery as needed daily.
  • Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.
  • Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
  • Stop machines to remove finished workpieces or to change tooling, setup, or workpiece placement, according to required machining sequences.
  • Transfer commands from servers to computer numerical control (CNC) modules, using computer network links.
  • Check to ensure that workpieces are properly lubricated and cooled during machine operation.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with large format digital print experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Vocational school or 1-3 years of related exp preferred.

  • Load material on machine
  • Ensure correct tooling is in place for the job.
  • Execute job file program.
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure program is executing properly.
  • Be alert for broken tool or errant tool path.
  • Unload and deburr completed parts.
