Collaborates with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in CNC programming or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of CNC programming experience.
  • Experience with mills, lathes, and routers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs for various machines.
  • Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Set up machines and perform test runs.
  • Select appropriate tools and materials for jobs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machine issues.
  • Maintain records and documentation for programs and setups.
  • Train and mentor entry-level programmers and operators.
