About The Position

1st shift CNC Programmer for a leading manufacturer, providing the industry with top quality HCR and LSR rubber products. This role involves programming Makino CNC machining centers for high-speed milling operations using Mastercam, performing high-precision machining of molds and fixtures, and handling revisions of existing tools as determined by Engineering. The position requires working effectively as a team member in a fast-paced tool room, following established procedures, managing time effectively to meet productivity expectations and deadlines, and being attentive to scheduling priorities related to programming. Regular and consistent attendance is expected, along with maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

Requirements

5 plus years of programming experience
2D and 3D programming experience
Mastercam experience
Ability to work with very tight tolerances
Mold building knowledge/experience
Good Communication Skills
Highly motivated team player

Responsibilities

Program Makino CNC machining centers for high speed milling operations using Mastercam
Perform high precision machining of molds and fixtures
Revisions of existing tools as determined by Engineering
