The CNC Programmer is responsible for formulating efficient operational programs to maximize machine utilization and product quality while meeting customer expectations. This role involves completing and maintaining program documentation, responding to short-term shop needs to ensure NC machines operate at maximum efficiency, and supporting cost reduction initiatives. The programmer will stay current on new processes, tools, and methods, applying them to NC manufacturing, and maintain open communication with all personnel. They will coordinate with the Manufacturing Engineer to update routers for created or modified part programs and perform other work-related duties as assigned, while complying with all company and HSE policies and procedures. Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities include utilizing Esprit CAD/CAM software, and programming Mazak INTEGREX E-670HW, INTEGREX E650H2, and CT4500M is preferred. Mazatrol programming is also preferred. Competency in 3D modeling systems and model creation is required.
