Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education, training, and/or related work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience setting up CNC machine (Haas, DMG, Mazak Mill and DMG lathe)
• Knowledge of CNC programming G code and controls (Fanuc, Mazatrol, Haas)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction
• Ability to lift weight: 50 lbs daily

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of setting up 4/5 axis, lathe with live tool/Y axis, and operate CMM inspection machine is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ability to read basic blueprints/mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of AS9100 and FAI requirements and documentation
• Set up, operate and maintenance of CNC machines
• Perform measurement tasks utilizing measurement devices (caliper, micrometer, gauges, CMM)
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair damaged parts
• Other duties as assigned
