Requirements

• 3+ years experience - strongly prefer build to print, low volume environment
• Ability to communicate accurately and effectively, both orally and in writing
• Expert knowledge of CNC equipment, machining and advanced manufacturing processes.
• Featurecam, Fusion and/or ESPRIT software skills is a must along with GD&T skills and knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Associates or Technical Degree is preferred / not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations Manager and CNC Production Team to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improvement CNC programs, set-up documentation, process drawings, inspection plans and other relevant info.
• Understand and leverage equipment capability for material and productivity.
• Participate and Drive continuous improvement efforts. Via training and in-house efforts.
• Manage and implement changes to all CNC programs on 3-5 Axis CNC Mills and Lathes.
