The ideal candidate will have strong experience creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs, be able to interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tools and machining strategies, and collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes. Requirements

5+ years of experience operating/programming CNC machinery
G-Code and CAM experience required
Familiarity with CNC tools required
Positive attitude, ability to work well with others, and excellent attention to detail are required.

Nice To Haves

Associate's Degree in Machining/Manufacturing (preferred)

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs
Must be able to interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tools and machining strategies, and collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes
Write, revise, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines, as well as translate engineering drawings and 3D models into accurate machining instructions
Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality control to resolve machining issues and ensure product conformity
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction and scrap minimization
All other related duties as assigned
