About The Position

This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on CNC programming, fixture design, and continuous improvement. You’ll work across production and new product introduction (NPI) to drive efficiency, improve tooling performance, and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

3–7+ years of CNC programming experience
Strong background in CAD/CAM programming and machining processes
Experience with fixture design and process optimization
Hands-on experience improving cycle time, tooling performance, and efficiency
Ability to work across teams and drive continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

Experience with Fusion 360
Background in high-mix, precision manufacturing
Experience supporting NPI or prototype environments

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM tools
Lead and support fixture design for production and prototype (“garage”) environments
Drive cycle time reduction and tool life improvements
Evaluate and implement new tooling solutions
Support machine upgrades and process enhancements (coolant systems, in-process gauging, automation)
Contribute to Fusion 360 migration and standardization
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to maintain production flow
Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and CI teams to deliver results
