The CNC programmer position at Sytech will be responsible for operating and maintaining the CNC equipment. This position will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting the design specifications, developing new CNC programs for production runs or modify existing programs for different machines, adjusting the cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product. This position may also be required to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. To ensure success as a CNC Programmer, this position should have experience with programming 2 and 5 axis CNC mills, working with computer-aided design programs such as Autodesk Fusion, working in manufacturing, keen eye for detail, and the ability to work unsupervised. Ultimately, a top-class CNC programmer works quickly and efficiently, ensuring all products meet the specifications of the customer.
