About The Position
Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a 1st shift direct hire opportunity with outstanding benefits that begin on day one.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of 3D programming experience on Mastercam
- Strong problem-solving techniques & communication skills
- Able to work individually with little supervision
- Ability to read & interpret blueprints
Responsibilities
- Programming, Setup, and Operation of CNC machines using Mastercam
- Ability to build one-off components to 3D models, not production machining
- Collaborate with Design Engineers, Project Leaders, Machinists to develop manufacturable components with an eye for product improvement and potential build issues
- Meet customer requirements including project timing, part quality, and delivery
- Identify tooling needed to complete machining projects
- Other duties as assigned
