Additionally, the role includes developing and delivering training programs for machinists, mentoring them on efficient machining techniques, and creating/maintaining documentation. The position also focuses on promoting continuous learning, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, reducing scrap, increasing throughput, and participating in lean manufacturing initiatives. Support for quality and safety objectives is also a key aspect of this role.
