About The Position

Join DMH-USA, a trusted partner of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, in an exciting role as CNC Programmer -Operator. The person in this position is responsible for programming and operating a CNC Machine. The CNC Programmer - Operator is an integral part of the DMH-USA operation having a hand in full-cycle production. Studies blueprints and creating the design, cutting plastics and manipulating it to build the project, and performing regular maintenance on their machinery. Fabricate items such as machine parts and tools. Set up CNC lathes according to blueprint specifications. Select and align holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines. Conduct quality assurance checks. Make machine adjustments and modify program speeds Adhere to all ISO standards and participate in regular ISO audits. Works with the CNC Supervisor to organize work in the production area to meet current workloads, ensuring all orders are completed accurately. Adheres to all safety rules and guidelines. Supports lean manufacturing through 5S methodology: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
  • Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position; lift up to 50 pounds and standing for 4 or more hours at a time
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
  • Basic English reading and speaking skills required to understand work instructions and safety information

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
  • 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution center, preferred.
  • 1 or more years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferred.
