Summary: Join our team as CNC Programmer, this person will be part of a team that utilizes multiple software platforms to generate CNC programs used in the manufacture of sheet metal parts. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Business Technology.

Requirements

• Strong technical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret part fold drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be onsite for at least 40 hours per week.
• Able to access manufacturing areas, lift/move parts weighing up to 50 lbs., and stand for 6-8 hours per day.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

• CNC programming software and machine operation experience.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
• Experience with Oseon, Boost, TruTops & TruTop Boost software

Responsibilities

• Generate CNC programs for various metal forming equipment.
• Manage ERP system data.
• Collaborate to resolve machine or assembly issues.
• Ensure production schedules are met.
• Verify and adjust programs as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely information for customers.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
