  • Program CNC machines according to internal policies and technical documentation using MasterCam under general supervision.
  • Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine as required.
  • Verifies dimensions and alignment of assembly.
  • Program and manufacture antenna feeds according to readings.
  • Interpret and apply blueprints.
  • Apply advanced geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Maintain CMi Quality and safety standards.
  • Utilize hand and measurement tools to complete various manufacturing and quality assurance functions.
  • Complete fabrication of specialized parts on manual machines.
  • Support custom development of fixturing.
  • Support continuous improvement activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of machining experience
  • Ability to hold tight tolerances
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Working knowledge of work rules and safety guidelines
  • Proficiency with GD&T
  • Proficiency reading blueprints
  • Experience using Mastercam software is a plus
